This type of jam is specially developed to bake at temperatures of 150 to 170 degrees Celsius and resist baking times of 20 to 30 minutes. In presentations of guava, pineapple, strawberry and blackberry; this jam is ideal for uses such as: empanadas, pastry, cookies and pastry slices.
