About Us Productos Ujarrás was born in January 1962, under the leadership and vision of Manuel Rodríguez Rojas. Today the company is led by his son, Edgardo Rodríguez Soto, in his role as General Manager.
The primary function of the company is to produce excellent quality products and make them available to our many consumers.
Ranging from members of the Board of Directors, to Management and Administrative personnel; our highly skilled staff members are also the caretakers of the business processes of the company.
Preserves are made with fruit pulp, Guava, Strawberry, Pineapple and Blackberry and jellied using sugar and pectin. The products are marketed in diverse presentations.
